What's a Typical Session Like?
Each session is uniquely tailored to address the specific needs and intentions you bring. I will guide you through a somatic mindfulness self-awareness practice that helps you identify what needs healing, while channeling Reiki energy to deepen your relaxation and inner connection. We will use internal family systems, Reiki, yoga, EMDR, and Depth psychology, during our sessions.
As you settle into either a gentle, supportive yoga pose or a comfortable sitting position, I’ll guide you in meditation to connect to Reiki through your senses and use internal family systems theory to identify parts of yourself that need healing, teaching you how to use your innate wisdom to reparent and heal yourself. If a maladaptive belief system or distressing memory are identified I will use EMDR and internal family systems theory to help you process and integrate it leading to the development of a more helpful belief, and strengthening a nurturing relationship between your core self and the part of yourself that needs healing. This holistic approach nurtures your body, mind, energy and spirit, empowering you to harness the healing power of your own inner wisdom for lasting transformation.
Starting With Self-Awareness
Without self-awareness, you will identify with your internal struggles, experience a roller coaster of emotions, and remain a prisoner to your thoughts.
A mindfulness practice helps you build self-awareness and separate from your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and body sensations so that you can become a witness rather than a prisoner. As a witness, you can extract the valuable information from your experiences, but not let it negatively affect you.

Exploring What’s Happening On the Inside
Alongside mindfulness and self-awareness, we often go even deeper, using archetypes, reiki, and internal family systems to help you interact with what’s happening internally to access what I call the Divine Within.
The Divine Within is a unified connectivity that is loving and supportive. It is our true essence. We will connect to that with Reiki and loving kindness meditation.

Setting Goals For the Future
Once you’ve developed the tools to embody the Divine Within, you’re well on your way to blossoming into you best self and living the life you’ve always envisioned.
We incorporate the tangible practices of art activity, journalling, making collages, and creating vision boards to develop insights and bring your goals one step closer to reality.

For over 15 years, I have been studying Buddhism, yoga, internal family systems, Reiki, and depth psychology as a way of deepening my understanding of the human experience, and what I call the Divine Within. Over those years, I have gained more than 8,000 client hours as a licensed mental health therapist.
When we work together, I sit with you in non-judgment and I work within your existing belief systems. Our sessions are structured to be intuitive so that we can start with what you present on that particular day, but I don't just leave behind what we've done in the past. Each session builds on one another to ensure we’re making the necessary progress and you’re developing the tools to grow.

Session Pricing
The standard fee for a Wellness Coaching session is set at $80. If you are interested in traditional mental health therapy I see clients as a licensed mental health therapist at Rula and on the Zencare platform. Please email me to schedule. I take the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Curitive, Optum, United Medical Resources (UMR), United Healthcare (UHC/UBH). The out of pocket rate with Rula is $150 per 53 minute session. To work with me email me and I will help you get connected with the appropriate platform.
