Developing My Own Self-Awareness

Part of what shapes my practice is my personal experience with mental health challenges. I've navigated complex conditions traditionally viewed as barriers to a thriving life. However, with robust mindfulness tools, I've turned potential obstacles into avenues for growth, proving that with the right strategies, resilience is not only possible—it's inherent.

I share this aspect of my life to underscore my belief that everyone has the capacity for self-awareness and change, no matter the starting point. My lived experience is a testament to the transformative power of the practices I endorse and teach.

My Coaching Journey

Since my journey began in 2008, I've immersed myself in the study of Buddhism, yoga, internal family systems, Reiki, and depth psychology. This diverse tapestry of learning has not only deepened my grasp of the divine archetype but also honed my skills in guiding others to that sacred connection.

Trained as a yoga therapist and licensed as a marriage and family therapist, my work goes beyond the traditional scope. These disciplines inform my empathetic, holistic approach and underscore my qualification to support your path to wellness. My expertise as a Reiki master complements this, enabling me to teach and share the profound, balancing energy of Reiki with those ready to receive it.

Session Pricing

The standard fee for a Wellness Coaching session is set at $80. If you are interested in traditional mental health therapy I see clients as a licensed mental health therapist at Rula and on the Zencare platform.  Please email me to schedule. I take the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Curitive, Optum, United Medical Resources (UMR), United Healthcare (UHC/UBH). The out of pocket rate with Rula is $150 per 53 minute session. To work with me email me and I will help you get connected with the appropriate platform.
