Thank you for being here. If you feel deeply, sense energy strongly, or are moving through spiritual awakening or inner unraveling, you are not alone—and nothing about your experience is wrong.

Within you is an innate capacity for awareness, guidance, and connection to something greater than the personal self, supported by your nervous system’s ability to safely hold that awareness when supported properly.

For some, this is experienced as divine presence. For others, as intuition, clarity, or deep inner knowing.

I am a former licensed therapist, spiritual mentor, and consciousness guide working at the intersection of psychology, nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed care, and spirituality.

My work supports people in reconnecting with inner wisdom, developing embodied self-trust, and stabilizing their emotional and energetic experience so that spiritual awareness can be safely accessed, integrated, and lived in daily life.
