What To Expect During Your Reiki Experience
During a Reiki session at Blossoming Heart Wellness, you’ll be guided into a tranquil space where healing energy flows to restore balance and peace. Sessions are deeply relaxing, often leading to a state of calm and clarity.
You remain in the comfort of your home in a comfortable position where you can allow yourself to deeply relax. Allison will channel reiki energy and guide you through a meditation to connect to this within yourself. You will then be taught how to direct and channel this energy for your own healing. Each session is unique, offering an opportunity for self-discovery and inner healing.

My approach blends Reiki with mindfulness, internal family systems theory, and yoga therapy to create a space where you can truly relax and heal. Each session is personalized to meet your unique needs, ensuring that you feel nurtured, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

The standard fee for a Intuitive Mental Health Therapy is set at 80 euros. All sessions are done via video for the convenience of being in the comfort of your own home. If you are interested in sessions that are in person, please contact me to discuss.
